Vendor Info

The Ripped Games is an annual fitness competition in its 5th year and is held at The Bergeron Rodeo Grounds. Our events attract CrossFitters, and fitness enthusiasts from all over the state and beyond. Each of our last two events at The Bergeron Rodeo Grounds had over 370 teams competing for a total of 740 athletes and over 2000 spectators come through the door throughout the day. The Ripped Games has always been a very successful day for all of our vendors and sponsors offering a huge amount of exposure.

Our philosophy is to support our sponsors and vendors and put them in the best position to succeed. We view our vendors as our “partners” and do all we can to ensure a successful day for you. We make sure to shout out all of our vendors on event day and do all we can to drive as much traffic as possible to your booth. We offer three affordable sponsor/vendor packages; a marquee sponsor package, a headline sponsor package and a standard sponsor package. All are designed for our sponsors & vendors to be able to benefit and profit from their exposure through our event and future events.

We are also negotiable on pricing to sponsors or vendors that are willing to contribute product to our podium award winners and volunteer staff

Sponsorship Pricing

Marquee Sponsorship – $2,000

Includes marquee placement as The Ripped Games presented by “Your Company”…… on all print, email, internet, unlimited social media, t shirts, and any other outlets available. This package provides the absolute most exposure possible and your company name is plastered everywhere as an official sponsor and partner of the event. Provides direct marketing and contact to every athlete competing by allowing you to put whatever marketing material you like in the athlete packages and bags. We also share our email database list with our marquee sponsors so you may continue to market to our competitors after our event. Also provides a booth at the event as large as the you choose and first choice of placement for booth. This would provide the sponsor with the most amount of exposure possible to our competitors and spectators for the 3 month registration process through the event day.

Headline Sponsor – $750

Includes logo and company placement on our website & social media. Shows you as a “official sponsor & partner” of the event. Provides direct marketing and contact to every athlete competing through the athlete emails, and allows you to place any marketing material or coupons you wish in the athlete packages and bags.

Standard Sponsor- $500

Includes logo placement on our website and social media and a 10 x 10 booth on event day in our vendor alley.
